Director General of a Hotel-Trade Unit |

Mission
- To be responsible for the management and operating of a hotel-trade unit in line with the standards set by the Group
- To ensure the sturdy follow-up of performance key indicators and action plans aimed at enhancing the good strategy of the unit and the fulfilment of the objectives set forth.
- To monitor and supervise the overall activities of the hotel-trade unit.
- To make sure that good ties are maintained with customers, suppliers and tourist partners
- To redouble efforts with view to abiding by the operating rules and regulations of the hotel-trade unit and all related provisions, through a formal application and sound implementation of an efficient organisation strategy
- To employ a coherent and dynamic business plan
Experience and competence required
- To be a graduate from a prestigious hotel-management college
- To an excellent manager in the tourist sector
- Thorough experience in the field of tourist institutions management, and preferably in multinationals.
- To have a good control administrative and financial management.
- To be good at business, efficient in figures and productive in PRs.
- Must be provided with multidisciplinary knowledge, covering financial and administrative management skills, corporate code and human resources economics and management. The business leader we are seeking should be able to involve and motivate his staff members and be naturally gifted for human contact and negotiations.

Administrative and Financial Director (Travel Agency) |

Mission
- To be in charge of administrative an d financial aspects, such as tax systems, accountancy, budget drafts, consolidation and treasury, along with the various legal and social issues.
- To ensure the administrative organisation relative to the general departments, the maintenance of the communication network (Informatics), and procurements.
- Ensuring the accountancy and financial management of the agency and its outlets.
- To supervise the operations relative to accountancy, taxation and financial management.
- To be in charge of the good provision implementation.
- To manage the administrative files and staff cases, processing of wages, fiscal and social statements, take part in the hiring procedures (interview, selection, labor contracts, integration and training).
Experience and competence required
- To have good management skills, teal spirit and be dynamic
- Autonomous, assimilation capacity, organized and well organized
- To be a good financial and administrative manager
- To have a good control of the financial, accountancy and tax system
- Rigor, autonomy and large capacity to manage all business cases.
- A proven management capacity for the supervising of senior staff.
