Alpha group is a group of companies representing several brands in the transport.
The group distributes on the Tunisian market the brands cars and offers assembly line products and maintenance for some companies.

Started in 1995, the company’s activity is mainly:
- Official agent for MAN and International Navistar brand Lorries and tractors, with maintenance services and spare parts sales.
-official agent for luxury branded cars such as Jaguar, land rover, and range rover;
as well as spare parts sales and maintenance services.

Started in 2001, the company’s activity is manufacturing and equipment of motoring and accessories for buses, minibuses and cars assembled on Man and International Navistar type.

Started in 2002, the company acts as official agent for Ford brand cars, and provides after sales service as well as spare parts.

- Ford focus
- Ford mondeo
Group development:
Since 2002, the group developed an important growth which made it one of the key actors in the market of the car industry in the country.
At present the market share of the group reached 25% for the heavy trucks, 45% for the buses, and 40% for the light trucks.
Turnover increased from 17 million to 114 million from 2002 to 2006, and number of vehicles sold increased from 130 in 2002 to 4000 in 2006.
 Human and material resources:
The group employs around 300 people including 15% of senior staff.
Highly skilled staff, with educational background from well- known engineering universities and important experience in the car industry and management.
The group is located on a strategic site, using an area of 135 000 m2, near the motorway leading from Tunis to hammamet.
Work shops and repair shops are equipped with high tech tools, according to required standards by our suppliers.
Alpha ford distributes also through a network of agencies in the following cities:
Sfax, Hammamet, Mateur, le Krib and Kairouan.
In order to satisfy its customers the group is planning to develop the following projects:

A new site for the after sales service is planned in an area close to Tunis centre.
- A new show room in the area of Berges du lac, which is located on the main road, leading from Tunis centre to north suburbs, with an easy access.
- A new sales and services site in the area of Sousse.
