The real-estate sector is one of the most lucrative ones. Within its expansion strategy in the Group, and given its big impact on the general return on investments, it generates very positive results. Thus, the Group has managed to achieve a large number of ambitious projects in residential and commercial areas, both in the capital and in tourist spas.

Karthago Real-Estate Company, which had been established for this purpose, has been entrusted with the constructing of the real-estate projects of the Group, and notably high-standard housing units, council and town houses, as well as business and amusement centers. One of these projects has comprised the construction of a large residential unit sited in the famous tourist zone of Sidi Bou Said, devised for tourist stays.

So far, the company has built more than 300000 m² of covered space in several business sectors such as hotel trade, company head offices, TV and radio studios, along with a large variety of construction projects undertaken by the Group. The Group also owns a large land capital to be earmarked for the completion of ambitious future projects.
